User registration behaviour problem #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fill in the register form correctly, except for the password fields
(fill in 2 different passwords)
2. Click the 'create user' button
3. Observe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Registerform should be shown with the fields filled in (+ error message for
passwords).
Instead, the error message IS shown, however, all fields are empty now.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
