After checking the user manual, here are my feedback:

  1. You can remove the code snippets from the manuals, as it is not required.
  2. As for the System requirements, include the following apps in the software section: XAMPP, Java,
  3. Include the version numbers of the software that was used/installed.
  4. Remove the following from the Installation section: Java (as users can refer to the affiliated website for installation), you can also share the website URL.
  5. The Usage sections should follow the main features you've declared here: image

Good day @Fabiantesprskth, all of the changes are present in the user manual, please remove the old version of the user manual, and rename the updated version. Also please upload the final version of your manuscript in the docs folder. @mjsolidarios setting the status of this issue t for certification to process their thesis package certificate in advance.
