Toggle for favorite databases #14

This will work with the my.lib.wvu.edu page. Need a button/link/something to click that toggles the database appearing on a patrons my.lib page.

  1. Need toggle in interface
  2. database update to my.lib
  3. ajax call to toggle
  4. javascript to change toggle based on database results.

Place holder has been added to the database list.

By default the class on it is "bookmark-false"

When active it will be "bookmark-true"

Do you want me to hide this for now, because I assume this is not going to be in this update?
