Frontend: Add an auditing (or similar name) section to the menu? #147

We need a way to provide easy access to auditing and logging.

possible things to move there:

  1. dashboard
  2. stats
  3. permissions information (/dashboard/permissions) {in progress}
  4. Fixity Logs (/dashboard/fixity) {in progress}
  5. virus logs (/dashboard/virus) {in progress}
