Add from search box -- multiselect #172

if you search for something in a multi select (on data entry), and the search for item doesn't exist, present an option to add it from there.

there would need to be a confirmation on whether it was added successfully or not, as well as the error message.

I looked into this today. I'm not sure if we want to go down this road. Could lead to a lot of accidental submissions. It can be done, but we may need to think of a way to do it to where we keep accidents down and some how keep it quick interactions.
