when delete file types from a form, displays a warning #197

Warning! If you delete all of the extensions no files will be uploadable! Change the options to make sure a file is uploaded or delete the file upload field.

there is still one file type available on the form, though.

This is because if you delete that last file type then there is no way to get it back. There needs to be some more thought into this, but yes the warning happens as expected because it is the last item in the field. I could make that happen if the count of the file types is 1 when the delete button is clicked.
