Issue with Metadata Records dynamically appearing in multi select dropdowns? #215

I am trying to input a new record. I have input two headings in the Subject Corporate List: (1) West Virginia University. Mountaineer Week and (2) West Virginia University. Mountaineer Week. Arts and Crafts Festival. When I look at the Subject Corporate list, the headings are there. When I call up a blank work form and go to the Subject Corporate part of the work form, I do not see these two headings in the dropdown list, so I can't select them for the record I want to input into the system

I have cleared my browser cache just now, then tried to access these two headings in the work form--still can't access them.

Since I didn't hear anything further from you today, I tried to find the headings in the work form again this morning. They still weren't showing. Then I tried something else. I accessed both headings in the Corporate Subject list and clicked on the Edit button, and then updated each heading. Then when I went back to the blank work form and looked for the headings, they were both there.

I've had several complaints about this issue, but have been unable to reproduce it.
