Add the Dublin Core to the metadataStandards table by default.

We don't do pull requests directly to master. They need to be pull requests to develop.

The testing server pulls from the develop branch, the production server pulls from the master branch.

Please change which branch this pull request is for.

Also, you deleted the eicar.com.tiff file, this needs added back.

Also, you didn't create a new branch for this. You worked directly in the master branch in your github repo. You need to create a new branch, off the develop branch, and then work from there. (That will help elevate the problem where you are trying to do a pull request to the master branch).

Please review the Git section in the developer onboarding, paying special attention to the Branching model for more information on using branches. But also the git immersion tutorial.
