Feature Request -- Add ability to set table headers #113

The table builder allows you to select the number of cells, but does not allow you to specify table headers. A content editor would then have to use the HTML editor to manually add <th> tags. This feature request also includes the ability for the table creator to add <thead> and <tbody> tags.

This is a feature of Mercury. I agree it's inadequate. We have a lot scheduled for Q1 already. I'm sure some longer-term features (content sharing) will continue to push this down the list for a bit. Not sure when we can get to it but it's something I'm interested in tackling. I'm not terribly keen on forking Mercury so maybe we can fix, they accept the PR, and we pull back into Clean Slate. But, again, not going to happen for a while.

On the roadmap is better than not on the roadmap, so that works for me.
