Remove Statuspage link in CleanSlate Footer #237

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Log in to CleanSlate.
  2. The link is in the footer of every page in the admin.

Results

https://wvu-ur-digital.statuspage.io/ leads to a 404.

Expected results

We should remove it because we're no longer using Statuspage.
