Better syntax surrounding shared_theme partials #79

It would be nice to be less verbose around shared theme partials.

Allowing only CleanSlate theme name syntax to tie the local directory name in cleanslate_themes, enabling Hammer to do the heavy lifting on where to look for the file.

Example:

shared_themes:
  "Code": "code"
  "University Relations: WVU Design System Components": "wvu-design-system-components"
