test Server is not running when using test driver with Visual studio. #281

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.set all configuraiton for jstestdriver and testrun
2.starting application in debug mode from VS
3.page can not be displayed message is coming on iE.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
server should start running and tst case should run after that

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows7, JsTestDriver-1.3.2.jar

Please provide any additional information below.
very few times server is running for me. most of the time page can not be 
displayed is coming.

jstd works fine from the command line, and supporting visual studio is outside 
the current feature scope.
