support of rhino + envjs as a browser #295

I don't know if the architecture of js-test-driver is adapted for this,
but I'm wondering if adding Rhino as js engine + Envjs as browser features 
could be possible.

I'm using this combination in a project that needs to compare results of js 
with java, and its working quite well.

With this combination you could have a full standalone version.
