Need the ability to moderate the objective data. Use the search component from #8 and allow the objectives to be edited.
The edit form should probably be shared with the page which allows people to add objectives.
Tags, Set Name, and deletion should probably be able to be done in a batch.
Since this is public, non-user data, handle deletion with a flag? Or actually delete?
