RD PIN - easy to experiment some more on using digitalWrite versus FlexIO.

cursor Images - Sorry got tired of going through over 1000 lines of one hex number per line. So combined them to 16 per line.

onCompleteCB was not implemented - I just have it save the pointer into the member variable.

@mjs513 and @wwatson4506 - should we then try to have this all merged into _combined branch?

Odd, original cursor was 16 per line.
