Add PFsLib (From SDFat FsLib but passes through partition number #3

Since it looked like maybe won't be able to get PR to add optional two parameters for begin on FsVolume that are on FatVolume and ExFatVolume, I made a copy of FsVolume I called PFsVolume and edited all of the names to add a ... P to the names of the files, and classes and...

I then reworked a lot of the VolumeName sketch where I think it is a lot cleaner.
