TODO:

React native:

[x] 1. list render slowly, need add loading layer
[x] 2. scrollview vertical giving warning
[ ] 3. Page seems won't refresh
[ ] 4. Stop request from Game list page, navigator won't trigger componentWIllUnmount

UI:

[x] 1. last player shouldn't have bottom line
[ ] 2. top line of the table pined (panResponder maybe)
[ ] 3. Left column line(name) of the table pined
