貌似8.4重现设置effect.effect后，子视图都被移除了

问题原因是 Add subviews to the contentView and not to UIVisualEffectView directly.不能直接在UIVisualEffectView直接添加子View.我fork了个改过版本：https://github.com/WanLiShiTou/HyPopMenuView.git
