Path cleanup #3

Pathlib could be used all the way through the code to make the paths more comprehensive. Brief user tests proved an interface as simple as possible seems like the way to go for setting file directories etc.

closed, as path navigation has been heavily simplified with the changes introduced with https://github.com/wwerkk/MC-FP/commit/e84a0637734effcc54f217cc29f7c4f3ef9b9447 in case it proves not sturdy enough during user tests, this issue might be reopened in the future
