update only changed markers on the leaflet-map #3

At this time, all markers get deleted and then set up again within each update-interval. It would be fantastic if only the changed markers would be touched. The current behaviour promotes 'Marker Jerking' on the map.

player-markers are now managed base-markers are partly managed, moving and changing status is missing still
