DB creation script #36

I know there are quite some possiblities to include DB creation into a project, so a local database can be easily created when setting up development environment. This would be super cool!

a) getting started with the project will be easier and even more important b) adapting db changes to a local database will be possible without any manual work

As it is now, it is almost impossible for anyone to check out the code and start working on the project. We seriously need some basic data-dump for interested people to get started asap. some test shouts in there, three users (admin, operator, user), things like that. We need someone who can produce such a dump once per every few days and upload it to the repo. It would also be nice to be able to simply reset my testing environment with such a dump :)

I will take some time and watch into this topic. It's really important for being able to work properly, so I will find a solution - either with something existing or so.
