add #mentions to activities #54

Mention other guildies in activities with a #mention mechanism. Perhaps make it able to autocomplete and maybe later on, if players agree to it in their options, autocomplete individual character names as well.

Will you make it so that the mentioned person gets a notification of the mention and perhaps an email if that is implemented?
