remove action messages for deleted activities #75

action messages for deleted activities should be deleted as well it's not actually broken as people will get a 404 page after clicking the link, but it would be cleaner to remove them

i believe i handled this now. deleted content will not actually be deleted but disabled. All comments and other related content will stay intact. I was kinda turned down by the fact that deleting an event would also delete all records of it ever existing, including comments and such. I consider this Issue closed, reopen it if you disagree :)
