go to settings after registering #84

New members should be encouraged to set some settings right after registering as suggested by @AniOnGit. Let's send them to the settings page right after the first login.

I feel this feature can be considered implemented. Please open additional Issues for bugs, if you find any and also for feature requests, if you have any ^^

As a side effect, every user will be directed to the settings page after these changes go online as they don't have the last_logged in setting :) Brilliant!
