A raid leader must be able to see the available classes of his raid signups somehow. Therefore I would suggest the following changes to the current event page:
Don't show the signup list above there anymore.
Introduce a new box beneath the event description: 'Signups information'. Depending on event type being taggable (see issue #98) or not, the representation is either as before (no tags) or based on a table-like design (with tags). See this beautiful draft to make it clear:
