Resolve issue 66 without .so files in history #173

Hi Witold,

Here's a new PR that resolves issue #66 with no .so files in the commit history.

In the stub, I saw your had an estimate variable that appeared to be a list of length 3. Could you clarify what you had in mind for this? I didn't see an analogous estimate variable in the example function. Thanks!

Don't merge yet, this does not pass build checks.

Update - Works with updated packages! I added a minor commit that fixes a typo in the documentation.

Reminder to self: this was since then resolved elsewhere and I need to bring in that bubble plot function into the package (instead of using this solution). I think in the h2o paper.
