Find the CLM4.5 runs from JGR-B paper

HARV simulations are here /glade/work/wwieder/ctsm_code/clm5.0.rel26/cime/scripts

I think you'll need to set taxmode = 'cycle','cycle' in  user_nl_datm env_run changes should also include./xmlchange -file env_run.xml -id DATM_CLMNCEP_YR_START -val 2018./xmlchange -file env_run.xml -id DATM_CLMNCEP_YR_END -val 2019 ./xmlchange -file env_run.xml -id ATM_NCPL -val 48 ** Note, I'm not sure how well  I curated this  README file, but I think this will make your life easier when your copy datm.streams.txt... over to user_datm.streams.txt
