New functionality and bug fixes to the testbed including:

Water function in MIMICS (same as CORPSE) #1
Single layer implementation of CORPSE, similar to other models, #5
Writing out water scalar and other environmental variables for each model #8
Other minor bug fixes and enhancements, #3, #4 , #6 , #7
Even changing parameterization, fixing Qmax, and setting a minimum value for f(W), CORPSE still has a strong temperature sensitivity, #2

@bsulman, Here's modifications made for the updated testbed code. Please see what you think.

Enhancements to Testbed including water scalar for MIMICS, modifications to CORPSE to try and reduce temperature sensitivity of turnover time, and minor bug fixes to CASA & CORPSE.
