network name in FSED header #1443

Having the network name in the FSED header would be nice. Perhaps right after the sub name

Which network? There may be more than one networking that sub will be posted on? Just the first?

I'd say the first, that's be the easiest

How about network of the sender?

There's a network num field in postrec in network_msg.net_num right after the title and padding (see vardec.h). I think this should be set by network2 when storing a post in a sub from incoming packets. This could be the network displayed in the header.
