WWIV Macros don't work in Full-Screen Editor #1628

WWIV Macros (Ctrl-A, Ctrl-D and Ctrl-F) work in the Line Editor but don't work in the Full Screen Editor.

do a control-P first before the macro

Ctrl-P Ctrl-A is how you have to do them in the FSED
