Based on the last weeks reports Debian users need to do one of these two things:
@wwmm I think that this is a related but different issue; since OP is using debian's native package, it's not a server/client version mismatch.
It looks like debian is currently on 0.3.65 for all their pipewire packages
@ShinoNia Can you share a screenshot of your easyeffects settings?

I see. In any case it is still an old version. From 7.0.0
to 7.1.3
there were many changes that could have solved the bug described here. So the first thing to do is upgrading EasyEffects.
Based on the last weeks reports Debian users need to do one of these two things:
* Update the EasyEffects and PipeWire server to a newer release * Or installing the latest Flatpak package
Hi. Sorry for the late reply. Does Easyeffects have an AppImage version or the tarball of binaries and libraries? I want to upgrade it but currently 7.1.3 is only available in Sid/Unstable or the Trixie repo. I don't really want to upgrade my OS to Unstable, and I cannot install the flatpak package because of insufficient storage space.

Hi. Thanks for helping.
This is my settings, I have only toggled on Use default input/output
and Process all input/output streams
while other things are default.

No. But you can try to compile it yourself https://github.com/wwmm/easyeffects/wiki/Installation-from-Source#build-and-run-without-installing and run it from a local build if you are able to install the required dependencies.
This tickbox will get toggle off when I change my audio output device and effects will not work I can toggle it back on and effects will work in that case
This is the log when changing output:
