bwa, bwa-mem, or bwa-mem2? #188

The dependencies list says that this package requires bwa-mem2 which installing results in the binary bwa-mem2. However, the cargo tests fail looking for an executable named "bwa" but the docs for genome (and the sources) indicate that I need "bwa-mem".

There is no problem here except in my head. I have gotten confused. I wish I could delete this.
