What is the meaning about "--min-read-percent-identity " #189

Hi, all What does this parameter mean "--min-read-percent-identity ", when I use the command to calculate the bam's RPKM, I found that different "--min-read-percent-identity" are different, when 99, bam file comparison results decreased a bit.

Hi,

It seems I forgot to respond here - it is the percent identity of the read and the reference are calculated, and any mappings that do not pass the threshold are marked as not mapped. Maybe I didn't understand your question.
