Specify start codon #8

Hey,

Is it possible to specify the start codon with OrfM

Hi Ismail,

I'm afraid not, exactly. though it can be done by post-processing i.e. process the amino acid ORFs with a regex like /.*?M/M/or similarly for the transcripts.
