Dear Developers,

Thank you for creating Kingfisher. I've been working with the ena-fast-download script for a while now and I recently updated some of my online notebooks to include Kingfisher. I just wanted to share this stand-alone notebook for anyone who would find a digital version helpful.

I'd appreciate it if you added a link any appropriate place within the READMe or otherwise within the program. Thanks again for this great program.

Sincerely, MTBH

P.S.: I also have a Juypter Notebook file for this if that would be easier: https://github.com/MakeTheBrainHappy/kingfisher-cloud

Thanks for this. I changed the wording slightly and pushed.

One thing, I noticed that in the name of the ipynb and in the doc itself, Kingfisher is misspelled as Kingfischer, maybe worth fixing? Thanks.

PS I hope to have a proper bioconda install soon, just gearing up for a release with a few final features.

Looks great! Thank you.

My apologies for the misspelling; should be fixed on both sites now. 👍

Looking forward to the BioConda release~!
