I generated both normal OTU & archive OTU tables for my MAGs in batches without taxonomic assignment. When I combine the normal OTU tables using the summarise command, it works fine. But singlem throws the following error when I try to combined the archive OTU tables.
Exception: --output-archive-otu-table requires --collapse-to-sample-name to be defined. Some other transfomations have output archive tables, but they are specified separately.
