Adding two new items that were discussed yesterday. (I changed mmcif_pdbx-base.dic and ran make)

If there is any chance that the current working output from autoPROC might end up being deposited to the PDB, then perhaps aliases for these items of _diffrn_refln.gphl_image_id and _diffrn_refln.gphl_rotation_angle should be added as well. @CV-GPhL what do you think?

Thanks for checking! These are not yet created in the relased version of autoPROC, so an alias is probabl not required here - unless we expect some internally created files might make it into deposition ... but that is unlikely, right?
