Integrate the results of the master's thesis into Muggl #21

The results of my thesis can be integrated to the master branch. Consider changing the default solver back to Muconst prior to merging, if you don't want to force new users to using JaCoP per default.

@anfuchs Bitte in dieser Form nochmal testen (in leerem Ordner klonen, dann cd muggl-swt; gradle run). Vielleicht beschwert es sich dann unter Windows nicht mehr...

Läuft! (Windows macht noch eigene, andere Probleme wg. anderen Zeilenumbrüchen -- ConfigReader fragt explizit nach \n.)
