Store each call in a database in order to begin tracking how many requests we are making.

[ ] Build table with email, image link or base64, [descriptions], createdOn, isRefineAttempt
[ ] Build table based off of the image itself in order to track common images
[ ] Implement table viewers into the admin and personal pages for users to either return to a query or for administrators to properly track data
[ ] Collect data from users at point of returning submission in order to collect all relevant data.

On hiatus to focus other portions of the project.

Looking for someone to continue working on this. There exists a branch which returns an error that begins to setup astro:db. There is an error with no relevent solutions online yet as astro:db is new. Should consider using a baked in Azure solution or as Alex Waltrip has setup, a json db using astro. Either way, this will populate personal data and system data for analytics.
