ChatGPT API returns error and no results #49

When using the file upload method for images with default settings, Gemini is returning results, but ChatGPT returns the following error: "ChatGPT API Error." Very descriptive [joke/joking.]

A dialog returns the ChatGPT error in the middle of the screen

Seems the API needs debugging as to why it can't connect. This is happening so far in Chrome and Firefox for me.
