Update dependencies #64

Since knexjs released 2.2.0 some days ago, here the PR with the updated dependencies. Locally, all tests passed - Hopefully they will pass in the pipeline, too :)

Tested it with the following node versions ( via nvm ):

Thanks for the PR. I updated the CI config to make sure in the future PRs are also tested. For now, I added it myself to master.
