Use IV template for low/high IV's. #56

Pretty nasty (I think) use of IV template for all places. When you press the button to open a template file, you'll get asked if you want to open a file or use the IV template. Perhaps adding an extra button, like with the Egg Parents GroupBox.

Thanks, but I don't think it's neccessary. Now we have 3 shortcuts to input ivs range: 1) Hold alt/shift/ctrl + click to input 0/30/31 (most convenient) 2) Load more specific filter from external txt file (same function) 3) Use in-game IVs judge texts

Ah didn't know those shortcuts existed, anyway I use this tool a lot on my phone (RDP, and keyboard is really annoying on phone).
