Shiny Unown question #22

Each time I get an 8/15/10/10/10, the wild Unown isn't Shiny and has different DVs. Combinations that actually work are 2, 10 and 11 on attack. Hope someone still in here and can help me, I read that Unown form are determined by DVs and "I-V" can only be Shiny, but I don't know if attack DV actually matters.

Only Unown V can have 7 or 15 Attack DV.
