FR: Have a way to jump to a specific page in a PDF #133

Feature request to jump to a specific page in a PDF document. This is helpful 
for lengthy documents, and would offer parity with existing PDF reader 
applications.

note: for UI changes, you should file this on the chromium bug tracker. PDFium 
is for the underlying PDF engine and doesn't have UI itself.

This is a feature of the PDF viewer, not the rendering engine.
