"Failed to load PDF document" message is seen on continuous clicking #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and go to http://www.cse.msu.edu/~chooseun/Test2.pdf
2.Bookmark the page to Bookmarks bar and click on bookmarked page for 5-7 times

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
PDF file should be loaded but "Failed to load PDF document" message is seen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 37.0.2062.76 beta,Ubuntu 12.04

Please provide any additional information below.

This is a regression issue broken in M35...

good:35.0.1888.0 (Official Build 256779) dev aura
bad:35.0.1892.0 (Official Build 257070) dev aura

Repro on windows 38.0.2120.0..

Repros on Mac OS 10.9.4 as well.

Seeing the same behavior on latest canary:38.0.2122.2 (Official Build 289203) 
canary as well.
