Finds nothing for listed tags #25

Added tags and ran the .bat. Says 0 tags uploaded for chosen tag(s), regardless of which one. When running the python version, running the second time it says "No tags in tags.txt", even though it didn't create one, or a download directory. Tried making one, but it wasn't recognized.

This actually sounds like pretty normal behavior, and is caused by not having the last_run date set far enough in the past. There's a section in the FAQ that covers this. Try that and see if you still get 0 new uploads.

This issue is much stranger and is a behavior I haven't seen. Please follow the instructions here to submit a bug report so that I have more information about what exactly is going on.
