including -ldeflate when building MuSE binary #23

not including -ldeflate caused the build to fail for me with errors about undefined references to functions in that library

Hi @GentleInfant , thank you for using MuSE 2 and providing the suggestion. Since I did not meet that error and no other users posted it; also, including the library needs to update the README to include a section about the installation of it, I would like to merge this pull request to dev branch instead of the main branch. We may consider to merge it to the main branch in the future.
