event quest armor descroptions are "#Rejected# ..." #44

I wonder why event quest armor descriptions are something like "#Rejected# A_Head_490_Explain"

If I remember correctly, these event armor are layered armor only, which means they don't have any description in the game. The game data stores this place holder strings to indicate invalid data.
