Some links in the Reference Manuals section of the website are outdated

I have noticed that some links in Other Resources part of the Documentation section of the website are outdated:

• wxStyledTextCtrl Documentation, the site seems to exist no more. I suggest removing this item as there is an official documentation for the control and I've noticed it is supposed to significantly improve in near future (see #17680).
• Bahasa Indonesia Book on wxWidgets, the actual URL seems to be https://github.com/nopri/book, with there being two more books in the repo in addition to the wxWidgets book in ODT and PDF formats.
• wxGuide is now apparently called wyoGuide and resides at http://wyoguide.sourceforge.net, although the original URL still works (redirects to the current site).

To be honest, I somewhat cannot see the reason why are some of the resources mentioned in such a prominent place on wxWidgets website, considering their focus and lack of updates, but I guess there is a reason why they are there.

The two wiki entries in the list also appear to be out-of-date (e.g. the platform and compiler support) but I suppose that one is entirely on the community.

Thanks for fixing the the first point!

I don't know why is the Indonesian book mentioned here (and the other ones are not), we probably should have a separate (even if short) "Books" section for it.

As for wyoGuide, it's very old, of course, but I don't know if it's obsolete or not. There should probably be at least a warning that it was last updated in 2006...

In any case, any further improvements would be gratefully accepted, TIA!
