[Markdown] Markdown tables are not rendered properly #2

Bug Type: Functionality
Priority: High
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a bug report.
  2. Add a table using markdown syntax: 
    | Header 1 | Header 2 |
|----------|----------|
| Value 1  | Value 2  |
  3. Submit the bug report.

Expected Outcome:
Table should be rendered properly in the issue description.

Actual Outcome:
The table is displayed as plain text without any formatting.

Notes:
This bug could confuse users submitting markdown-heavy bug reports.
